Modus Construction is a commercial general contracting company specializing in tenant finish, renovation, and new construction in the Oklahoma City metro area.   Modus Construction is owned and operated by Drew Upchurch, who has over 20 years experience in the architectural and construction industry.   Leading a team of Project Managers and Superintendents, Modus has achieved continuous growth by providing clients with a budget minded, quality driven project.

Modus Construction can be an integral part of the pre-construction process working hand in hand with the Owner and Architect.   Having Modus Construction involved in pre-construction with the Architect provides the highest probability that the project is designed to meet the Owner’s initial budget.  Modus Construction taps the knowledge of a broad pool of trusted Subcontractors to assist with budget pricing through the pre-construction phase.  Modus will develop a global construction schedule for the project team and assist the Owner with generating a proforma that is based on the most up to date construction cost data.
